Omurice (Japanese Omelet rice)

Yesterday night, I search recipe online like usual!!! Suddenly I found this in youtube!! Omurice (Japanese Omelet rice). And the title is "Cooking with Dog" Wakakkakaka..Mr.Quah and me laugh non-stop when watching it!!! Because the Japanese people just put the Poodle dog beside the stove, then this is so call cooking with dog. At first we still imagine is the dog so clever, maybe can help up in this cooking session!!! hahahah!!Who knows, just stand beside..hahahhhahah!!!! Plus, their way to pronous "onion" and "chicken" is so funny!!!!! hahahahah!!

Happy belated birthday to you Suchita!!!

A Homemade birthday cake for my friend, Suchita! Her birthday is on 19 April 2008. But bad me totally forgotten!!!! Cause last week I really sick, everthing in my brain only sleep, medicine, and sleep!!! hahahaha!!!

Okie, the story start on 19 April (Sunday) afternoon, I same like usual went to her house, with one more friend Deepa!! Suddenly she told us...today is her birthday!! OMG!!! I totally forgotten!!! She told me before, and I write down on my diary!!! But....still forget!!! haizzz!!! So, after that, Deepa call me, and ask me bake a cake for Suchita, and she will prepare the ingredient for me...I only bake it!!! hehe!! And besides, the coming 24 April (friday), she will give a party. No topic party...Just for fun!!! hahahahh!!! Then, she ask me to present her this cake during the party!!! 

Suchita was quite shock when she saw this!!! hehehehe!!! Anyway!! Happy belated birthday to you Suchita!!!

The day when Cheewai go to work

Everyday Mr.Quah go to work!! I stay at home!! I never know how his office look like, how is his real working place. Everyday, when I call him, ask where are you now?? Sometime he say in office, sometime he say in control room??? Then, when he come home, I ask him to describe for me the the enviroment in his office and other places!! But, I cannot get it!! Still blur and confuse!!! heheheheh!!

So, I insisted him to take pictures to show me!! First few day after I request, still haven't get the pictues I want!!! Then I knew, he shy to take pictures in his working place. He told me, because he is not the one leaving soon...so no point to take pictures there!!!! But I don't care!! I want mean I want!!! wakaakakkakakka!!!! Then after that, he pass me all this pictures!! Yeah!!!! Happy then!!! 

After saw his pictures, I want to link all the pictues to make a story. So, get this "The day when Cheewai go to work"!!! hehehehehe!!

A gift from my friend!!

Last thursday, my Malaysia friend, Ann suddenly call me want to share with me this Japanese Sushi!! Em...I have been long time never eat sushi!! Wow..inside the sushi, I think is Mango, cucumber, and salmon fish!! hahahaha!! Thanks to share with me Ann!!

Prof. Shichida has pass away

I received a bad news from my previos colleague. Our Prof. Shichida has pass away in peace on 22 April 2009. He was 90-year-old now. Still remember I met him on early of 2007, he came to Malaysia to have a conference with all the shichida parants. That time, he still look so healthy!! em..really sad to lost a good Profesor, through his method, I really gain a lot of knowledge about raising a kid . Hope he rest in peace!!! We'll remember him till forever!!!

Green tea 绿茶

Em....I think I better change to drink green tea instead of coffee!! haha!! But, when to drink the tea? Right after meal? Before meal? Or when??? Plus I have gastric, so better check clearly...sound serious!! wakakakka!!

The best time to drink green tea is about half an hour after a meal.  Green tea is very nutritious, green tea contains catechin and β-carotene, vitamin C, vitamin E and so on, a number of experiments have proved that green tea can eliminate free radicals, anti-aging, prevent cancer.

In addition, always drink green tea can prevent cell mutation, inhibiting the growth of bad tumors, blood fat, blood pressure lowering to prevent cardiovascular disease. Besides this can prevent from cold, dental problem and the elimination of bad breath. Some people claim that green tea also has slimming effect. But, I not really believe that can see the effect on me!! haahah!!

Many people like to drink tea after a meal, it's no good to our health too. Large number of tea tannin will reduced intestinal motility. And  no good for our digestive system too!! 

嗯....我想是时候改变喝绿茶，少喝咖啡了！哈哈！但是，几时喝绿茶最好呢？饭后？饭前？我必须查清楚，因为我一向都有胃痛的问题，所以必须查清楚才喝。。。哈哈！好像很严重！！

绿茶最好饭后半小时左右喝。绿茶是非常有营养，含有儿茶素与β -胡萝卜素，维生素C ，维生素E等。有一些实验已经证明，绿茶能清除自由基，抗衰老，预防癌症。 

此外，一直饮用绿茶可以防止细胞基因突变，抑制肿瘤生长不良，血脂，降血压，防止心血管疾病。除了这可以防止感冒，牙齿问题和消除口臭。有些人声称，绿茶还具有减肥的效果。但是，我并不认为对我有效！！！ hahaha ！ 

许多人喜欢在大鱼大肉饱餐一顿之后喝些茶，这样也对健康不利。大量的茶单宁会降低肠道蠕动,而且还会影响消化系统呢！

Sick 病了

I have been sick for 4 days, and today still have a little bit of fever. The 2nd day after I sick, I went to the hospital....Oh my god!! Is so pricy...I just fever, cough and flu, all of it charge me around Rm100!! Unbelieveable!!!

Actually, here has a seperate shop for doctor and the pharmacy. Okie, when you just enter the hospital for registration, they will charge Rm30. After that, the doctor will write down the medicine list, and he will explain what medicine he plan to give me. Then, I will go to the nearest pharmacy, to buy the medicine. The pharmaceutist will explain more detail for how I take this medicine and their function. And this medicine charge me Rm70. hehe!! Although is very pricy, but the medicine given is quite good quality!! 

After take the medicine, I straight away sleep, and inactivity. All I know is sleep sleep and sleep!! Yesterday, was Mr.Quah weekend holiday, but I cann't accompany him to go anyway!! He can only stay at home online, do house work, cook for me!! pity him!! And Thanks too~

But..but..but!! one thing make me excited is...I manage to refrain from coffee!! hahahahah!! 

我病了四天，今天其实还有少少的发烧。其实在我发烧的第二天，就去看医生。。。天啊！就单单发烧，咳嗽，感冒的药，加看医生的钱就正正马来西亚零吉１００。好恐怖的价钱！！

其实，这里的医院，无论是医院，还是牙医。当你进去登记时，那里就必须给马来西亚零吉３０。然后，就等看医生。医生检查完毕，他会写一张药单给你，然后跟你解释他给你什么药。我们呢！就拿这他给的药单去附近的药店买药，这里的药剂师会再仔细的告诉我，这个药吃什么的，吃几次等。然后，再给药钱马来西亚零吉７０。不过，无可否认，这里给的药会比较好的。不是像马来西亚普通诊所，咳嗽药水是医务人员自己装进小瓶装的。

回去吃了药后，我马上进入昏迷状态，全身无力，什么都不想，就是睡睡睡。。。。所以昨天，星期五，其实是Mr.Quah的假期，我都不能陪他出去走走，他只能在家上网，做家务，煮给我吃。可怜！！也要谢谢他无微不至的照顾哦！

不过。。不过！当我生病的这几天，我真的可以戒掉我的咖啡隐。。哈哈！太好了！真的很难得！！

Something I found in Dubai!!

Opps!! totally forget this 4 photo, I had taken in Dubai from last week trip. Never too late to post it here!! The MRT is so giant, and I guess sure is fully air-con. Don't know I have chance to take a ride or not!!!

And on the way to Ibn Battuta mall, I saw proton, my national car....hahaha!! Finally I manage to take the photo!! And the last photo...oh no, so pity the men, is riding the bicycle in the hot weather + heavy jam on the road....em!! maybe he is enjoying himself now too!! cause not need to jam in the traffic.

IBN BATTUTA Shopping Mall

Em...I could say, Dubai, UAE is really famous with Shopping mall. If you had read my last year post, when I just came here, the first Mall I came is this Ibn Battuta Mall. Last Friday, we came back here again!! hehe!! But this time, I take more pictures..hehe!!

Okie!! Actually, Ibn Battuta mall is decorate by 7 country's culture. There is Andalusia, Tunisia, Egypt, Persia, India, China and Arabic. So is very beautiful shopping mall. I like Persia, and China Decoration, is really beautiful!!

Play bowling with Dave & Deepa!!

Last Thursday, my friend Deepa asked me to play bowling in Crown Plaza Hotel, Sohar. Without think much, I agree with her!! hehe!! After I agree to go I started nervous and excited haha, cause I never play before. Mr Quah played it when his schooling time, but I never try.... So, a bit scare  if I drop a brick in front of others!!! hahaha!!

Before we went there, Mr.Quah brief me a bit about bowling..he so scare I'll just drop the bowling on the bowling alley, in stead of rowling the bowls...haha!! Luckily that day, I still able to manage the bowls, although sometime the bowls just roll in the side alley....hehe!! Paisei paisei...shy shy!! But I really enjoy the games, hehe!! I think now I start to understand the skill, so next time, if someone invited me to play again, I won't worry again!! hehe!!

After one hour, we manage to finish 2 games. Then we went to another part to play ping pong and snooker! haha!! When I play that ping pong with Deepa, seem like we are busy picking the ball on the floor, more than playing with the ball!! wahhahaha!!

oh no!!! I'm late..totally late!! Till now I just realize one of my favorite song's singer (Ah Sang) pass away!! Oh no!! This song always acompany me when I was in the university life. She is only 34 years old....really cannot accept...she is so young!!!! Sorry....I'm late...I hope you rest in peace!!!

I DIY on My Hubby 27th birthday

7 April is Mr.Quah big day, I also scratch my head, How to celebrate with him.  Present?? Watch,  handkerchief, belt???  I already bought before. Em......why not doing something same like my mom. Normally, when my birthday, my mom will cook this thin noodles with sesame oil, egg, meat and ginger (麻油面线，有鸡蛋，肉，姜丝). Besides, this thin noodle, my mom will boil 2 eggs, and put red coloring....hehe!! This is my mom way of celebrating birthday with me and my brother. 

So, I prepared the same thing as his lunch. See!! he is so happy~

After he went to work, I enter kitchen again, to bake a cake. Hehe!!! lazy me also use that instant powder to make the cake. This time is the orange flovor cake. Hahahhaha...Don't laught at my decoration la....this is the best I can do!!! I know my decoration is terrible!! hahahaha!! Never mind la..... Aiyaya!! I just notice, I spell wrongly Hubby on the cake....Oh no!!!!!!!!

Soft soft soft Tofu

Haha!! Tofu time!! You know what this one small piece of tofu (soy bean curd) is Rm 7-Rm8 here!! wakakakka!! Like eating gold!! And some more this tofu is not always import here. Maybe Arabic people don't like tofu..hahaha!! So, I really appreaciate this. Today I try to cook it. Em...what its' name?? Mince beef hot tofu. Haha..why is hot? cause I cut lots of chili cook together. hehe!!

Ingredients:

1. One soft tofu.

2. 3 piese of mice beef hamburgar meat.

3. One onion, half green capsicum, half tomato or red capsicum and small chili (all choped).

4. Oyster sauce, sesame oil, and corn flour.

Method:

1. Steam tofu for 10 minutes

2. Hot pan with sesame oil and fry onion, and onion for 10 minutes.

3. Add half cup of water, add in capsicum and tomato.

4. Seasoning with 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, sweet black soy sauce, salt (if you need more salty, cause the meat already salt enough). And 1 tea spoon of corn flour mix with cold water, this will make the gravy more thicker.

5. Take out the tofu and make sure is dry, some tofu will have water beside. Then pour in the gravy. If you have the spring onion, sprinkle on top. Ready to serve with rice!!

This 2 weeks!!!! 这两个星期!!!

I don't know why this 2 weeks, I fell very very lazy. Don't have mood to online, upload blog, cooking, don't have any good mood to do anything. Somore, I feel my body condition is weird. Sometime, I feel my body heat up, dizzy, want to vomit (but not vomit), always feel sleepy, stomach always feel full(I think all is the gas), and lots of gastric juice....haizzzz!! Make me feel that maybe I'm "expecting"....So, I also blur blur like that, went to buy prenency test kit, and when I saw the result...really make me feel like back to the school time, when the teacher pass me, my math paper...."Disappointed with the result" (Single red line) hahahahah!!! Now, really funny when think back all this, why I need to disappointed with the result...I still can follow him to the next project if I no pregent right!! hehe

Recently, I call back to my mom, she told me that, some of the relatives already started to ask her about me. I think you can get the clue....they want to know am I pregent?? OMG!! Don't give me pressure, if i really expecting, for sure I will tell them...haizzz!! Haha!! I'm not angry...just I don't like people ask lot about me, but..but...if you don't ask...maybe I will angry too!!!! hahaha!! you know what...this is so call "Aquarius"!! haha

这两个星期，我都是超懒惰的，没有心情上网，没有心情来写部落格，没有心情烹饪，没有心情做任何事情。我的身体又怪怪的，无端端发热气，无端端很晕，无端端想吐，无端端爱睡，无端端感觉肚子涨气，也无端端感觉到胃风，胃酸等。。。太多的无端端。。。搞到我也无端端感觉自己可能＂有了＂。。。。无端端跑去买了验孕棒，看了成绩。。。仿佛回到中学时代，对自己的"成绩" (一条红线) 失望。。。哈哈！！回想起来，可真好笑！！这又不是什么测验嘛！干嘛无端端失望！！反正，我还想跟他到多一个国家，还想看看外面的世界。

最近打电话回家，妈妈都告诉我，其他亲戚都纷纷向我问好。。问什么好呢？当然，你们应该想到。。。就是问我＂怀孕了吗？？＂我的天啊！！不要给我压力嘛。。。我有好消息当然会向大家报告的。我没有生气她们，只是我这种＂水瓶座＂的人，就是那么奇怪，不喜欢被人问长，问短;但是你没有来问，我又觉得你不关心我！！！哈哈！！你说我是不是变态！哈哈！

Someting Special In Oman

Sometime, I don't want to be so full in dinner time, I will ask Mr.Quah buy Salwama for me. Normal Salwama is short, I think the length should be our palm's length. This time, this long salwama (actually, it has a name, but I forget already), really make me full, till want to vomit...haha too full!! Em...i like it, inside has tomato, lettuce, chicken, yogurt. So nice!!!



This is the goat in Oman, I always want to take their photo, but everytime I go near, they sure run away and show their "back side" to me. This time I use my new camera...hehe!! Finally can zoom from far aways. You see their long hair...in winter time I think is good for them, cause the hair so long, but in summer time, they still keep this long hair...Can they stand on it???? I was so curious!!
